Download one package, install it on a Windows PC, and open the control panel in your browser. You automatically get a 30-day free trial with every Studio feature. Paid license keys are delivered by email after purchase.

Getting started
No programming skills needed — just follow these four steps.
2Extract and install
Extract the zip to its own folder (right-click → Extract all). Find install-service.bat in the folder and double-click it — it installs the app for you.
3Launch the app
Start Pakopaneeli from the Windows Start menu. If Windows warns about the publisher, choose More info → Run anyway.
4Open control in the browser
The app shows the address — usually http://localhost:5000/control. The player TV opens the same machine without the /control suffix. Links are in the control panel Links section.
What you need
The basic setup is lightweight. Here is a short checklist before you start.
Computer
- A Windows PC that stays on during the game
- Chrome or Edge browser
- No other installs — everything comes in the package
Displays
- TV, projector, or monitor for players
- Phone or tablet for control (optional)
- A browser is enough — no separate app required
Network
- Same Wi‑Fi or cable for controller and displays
- Internet only needed for license activation
- The game itself runs offline during play
Audio and video (optional)
- You can add your own sound cues and videos later
- Files go in folders on the PC
- The control panel shows them automatically as buttons
Your first game
1Start the game
Set game time in the control panel and press Start. On the player display, press Tap here to start once so audio and video work (browser policy).
2Send hints
Type a hint in the control panel and press Send hint. The hint appears instantly on the player screen — the same view you use in the game.

Look up exact paths and file names when you need them.
File names and install folder
The download is a zip package — extract it before installing. Install file: install-service.bat — double-click is enough. The app installs to %APPDATA%\Pakopaneeli and creates a Start menu shortcut for Pakopaneeli.
Addresses and port
The server listens on port 5000 by default. Player page: http://localhost:5000/ — control: http://localhost:5000/control. On other devices on the same network, replace localhost with the control PC IP address. Links are in the control panel Links section.
Audio and video folders
MP3 audio: Music\Pakopaneeli. Videos: Videos\Pakopaneeli (mp4, webm, ogg). Folders are in the user home directory — the app creates them if needed. In Studio multi-room mode, each room can have its own subfolder.
Pro, Basic, and Studio licenses
Enter your key in the control panel License section. Activation requires internet once. After the trial without a key, the app runs at Basic level (timer, hints, limited audio).
Updates and troubleshooting
Download the latest zip, extract, and run the installer again — the old version is replaced. More help: Support & FAQ. We can assist remotely during first install by agreement.
